Measuring an impressive 20 meters in height and 25 meters in width, the God's Bridge is a stunning rock formation that stretches over 125 meters, making it one of the most spectacular limestone landmarks in the entire country. According to local legend, the gods themselves once traversed this bridge to avoid wading through the river.
To reach the God's Bridge, you'll need to follow a small and steep path leading down to a valley below the Gradishte Roman fortress. Along the way, you'll encounter a small recreation and picnic area, perfect for taking a rest and soaking up the incredible scenery. During the summer months, the Lilyashka Stream may dry up, leaving only a few pools chock-full of frogs, which is why the area is also known as Zhabockeck, or "frog's croak."
