Embark on a journey of wonder at Vola open air, the iconic festival that expands your horizons. In your mind's eye, envision the lush green meadows of Vratsa Balkan, with the peak right before you. Take a deep breath of the crystal-clear air as the breathtaking views lift your spirits.
This inspiring sensation marked the beginning of Vola open air back in 2008. Cvetoslav Ionov - Tseko, together with his brother Emil, set out to create a party that would later evolve into a mission. The festival tirelessly works towards nurturing the music and cultural scene in the region, inspiring young audiences, and fostering a deeper connection between quality music, nature, and its appreciators.
At an elevation of 1058 meters, the festival stages elevate the performances of both national and international non-commercial artists. Bulgarian, European, and overseas underground legends of drum'n'bass, soul, funk, and hip-hop take turns every evening, guaranteeing an unforgettable atmosphere at the summit.
Days are dedicated to well-deserved relaxation in the hammock garden, a graffiti workshop, or exploring the mandatory handmade beauty bazaar. Yoga, massages, circus arts, films, all amidst the beautiful forests and meadows of Vratsa Balkan Nature Park. Here, you will understand the importance of thinking green and acting responsibly in the name of nature.
